Availability:
RNA Services strives to be available whenever you need us most. We understand that your personal and/or business needs don't necessarily adhere to a schedule, and sometimes, the unexpected happens. We encourage you to call us at any time, day or night. Although we strive to answer and/or return every call as soon as possible, we are, much like many of our clients, a small business, run by a few people. There may be times, such as at night and/or during weekends and holidays, when you may receive a slower response. We apologize in advance for this, and hope we can improve our availability and respones times for our clients as we continue to grow. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Urgent Service Needs:
You can reach us via Phone, Text, or Email. For urgent / emergency needs, we encourage you to try reaching us by phone first, as this will typically have the quickest respones time. If you don't get a reponse right away, please leave us a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Pricing:
RNA Services offers both monthly service contract options, as well as hourly billing for incidental needs.

Service Contracts:
We encourage our business customers to consider signing a service contract, as this allows us to better serve your needs while cutting out a lot of paperwork and tape, which saves both our time and your money. Service contracts are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, to best suit the individual client. Consultations regarding service contracts are free**, so don't hesitate to ask.

Hourly Rate:
We recognize that a service contract is not right for everyone, and want to make sure our clients have the most options available to them, whatever their situation. For this reason, our standard hourly rates are as follows:

Standard Hourly Rate: $175.00/hr.; Travel fee of $35.00 per site visit within our service area. Out-of-area fees will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Standard Remote Support Rate: $95/hr. (Note, this rate does not apply to consulting or engineering tasks.)
Standard Bulk Wiring Drop (CAT5e, add $30 for CAT6): $275/drop.*
Standard Bulk Camera Install: $380/camera.*
Standard After-Hours / Emergency Hourly Rate: $250/hr.

Please Note:
All billing is in 1 hour increments with a minimum 1 hour per technician on site, unless otherwise negotiated prior to the job.

Pricing subject to change without notice. Prices typically increase every calendar year.

*Includes wiring and termination. Bulk fixed-price job bids only. Applied to quantities of 64 or more. May not be applicable for certian situations due to complications.
